This recycled wood frame has lovely mixed floral china in the mosaic border. It has 3d flowers, a teacup handle & a souvenir spoon with "Inner Wheel" on it. I looked it up, it's an organisation for women,set up in 1924 in Manchester, to promote friendship,service & understanding. It has groups in over 100 countries & ove4 100,000 members. This can also be made in other sizes & colours.
